About Maple Wills
Maple Wills is a growing, estate planning business, specialising in Willis, Lasting Powers of Attorney’s, legacy & generation planning, and Trust planning. They aim to ensure every single client is happy with their service and do not allow our clients to finalise any documents unless they understand every detail of our advice and, most importantly, are satisfied with our service.
They are based in Buckinghamshire but offer a personalised legacy planning service nationwide. Bal Budesha, owner and Director, is a member of the Society of Will Writers and has considerable knowledge about Trusts as well as Landlord Tax and Estate planning.
Our experience with Bal
Bal’s high praise for TrustDocs showcases his excellent experience with our services, which significantly contributes to TrustDoc’s solid and positive reputation in the estate planning industry.
“Working with TrustDocs has been one of the smartest decisions I’ve made. Having one consistent point of contact—Louise—makes a huge difference. I know exactly who to reach out to and don’t have to jump through hoops.”
– Bal Budesha
Bal expresses his satisfaction with the legal documents he receives, emphasising that the documents he receives consistently meet his expectations. This highlights TrustDocs’ commitment to delivering accurate and reliable legal materials.
Conclusion and what's happening now
“Louise keeps me updated every week without fail, and if I need something, I can just pick up the phone and speak to a real person who knows my cases. Their support with document drafting and legal queries has taken a weight off my shoulders, letting me focus on what matters most: my clients. TrustDocs is a partner I can count on.”
– Bal Budesha
TrustDocs’ ability to offer personalised service is highlighted by
Bal’s mention of his interaction with Jon and Alan. Bal feels like he can speak
to both of these individuals as if they were personal advisors, highlighting
the critical role that our 8am – 8pm client helpline plays in the success of
estate planners practices.
