Frequently Asked Questions
How are the documents delivered from TrustDocs to the OPG?
We send all LPAs to the OPG via recorded delivery and make note of all tracking and reference numbers to ensure the safe transferral of these documents.
What is the protocol in the event that the LPAs have not been signed correctly or they are missing an attorney?
We will send specified pages to the client in the post for signing, to ensure that all signatures are completed and the documentation is valid.
How long does the OPG take to process LPAs?
Currently the processing period is 20 weeks.
What are the OPG fees?
Currently this stands as £82 per LPA document.
